Hollow core slabs

These products are executed with extruded concrete technology on 90 m continuous tracks with cut to length according to designer’s needs. Are executed of C50/60 concrete with reinforcing exclusively with strands according to a sizing calculation. Sections produced at ASA CONS are of 20, 32 and 40 cm. For the achievement of the slabs with these elements must be considered the problem of the connections on supports and over concreting.

TT elements

This kind of elements are used for slabs loaded with high loads up to 17 m spans Their bearing capacity is designed according the requirements by dimensioning of the over concreting. The variation of the dimensioning can be assured by the width of side slab respectively height and width of the ribs

These products are component elements for floors whereat by over concreting is achieved a monolith floor. These elements have formwork function and usually must be supported during casting period and over concreting maturation
