PERFORMANCE OF PRECAST REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURES
Regarding the precast structures our company unfolds activities of design, construction, transport and erection of precast elements featuring all the necessary facilities and qualified personnel. Our company has the ability to erect shortly slender structures with large opening, allowing a maximum distance between columns for up to 36 m.
S.C. ASA CONS ROMANIA SRL ensures by an adequate logistics the transport of normal and oversized elements (such as columns, beams with length of 26 m or 30 m length) having a traditional portfolio of 15 companies with that collaborates , each specialized in the transport of normal or oversized precast elements.
S.C. ASA CONS ROMANIA SRL has four erection teams with a broad experience in the field. The company is endowed with seven advanced cranes type LIEBHERR, FAUN TADANO, KATO and TELEMAC with capacity between 16 and 90 tones, five of them having between 70 and 90tons. The company also has four MANITOU platforms equipped with articulated booms. Until now our company has executed more than 213 prefabricated structures for industrial and civil buildings that include more than 245,272 cubic meters of precast concrete.
INDUSTRIAL FLOORS
Our company, with a leader position and experience over 10 years in the field, runs,
with qualified personnel and performing equipments, industrial floor works with concrete thickness of 8 – 30 cm; concrete’s leveling and vibrating is made by Laser Screed equipment or vibratory beam.
The full structure of an industrial floor consists of following layers:
- the soil (compact uniformly) or layer of compact filling
- subsoil layers made of sandy gravel or crushed stone
- layer slip consisting of two polyethylene foil layers
- insulating layer (if necessary)
- reinforced concrete slab with dispersed fibers
- wearing course made together with the concrete slab, in two ways: wet or dry
Industrial floors (internal or external), made of concrete with thickness of 8 – 30 cm,
are used for circulation system with tires, solid rubber wheels of the forklifts or even for caterpillars, for medium and heavy running loadings.
Leveling and vibrating of the concrete is made with LASER SCREED equipment or
vibratory beam. Our company is able to perform daily with one workers team 800 – 1200 sqm of industrial floor.
GENERAL CONTRACTING
Our company performs in this area works that leads to the building achievement in the concept of "structure in red" (the entire structure of resistance both precast components and monolithic structure). A common extension is represented by achievement of the building at the envelope level (including closures and industrial floors).
